Harvard College in Asia Program (HCAP) 2012 - Mumbai Conference Harvard College in Asia Program - Mumbai Conference 16th & 17th March 2012 at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. St. The conference is open to ALL.

HCAP is a student exchange programme where students from all over Asia fly down to Harvard for a week long cultural exchange in the month of January, and similarly, the Harvard students visit the respective counties of India, Turkey, Japan, UAE, South Korea. Xavier's College, (Autonomous), Mumbai is the official partner college from India for the year 2012. This year's HCAP - Mumbai Conference wil

l be held on the 16th and 17th of March, at St. Xavier's College (SCAVI) in Fort, Mumbai. (students, teachers, professors, professionals, organisations). Register at [email protected] to be a part of it!

General information

The theme for this years' conference is : 'Technology and Social (in)Justice' HCAP conferences are very different from typical academic conferences – they are holistic experiences, combining academic, cultural, and social activities. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on student-to-student interaction. As a result, students involved with previous HCAP conferences have described their experiences as moving, powerful, and even life-changing. Conference attendees must note : - Please read-up on the theme of the conference before attending. This will enhance your overall experience and understanding of the theme at hand. - Please be dressed in semi-formal/ business casual attire.
