“This Mother’s Day, I chose experiences over everything else…”

I decided to celebrate Mother’s Day in a slightly different way — an impromptu decision to go on a group trip with my son. No overthinking, no elaborate planning… just a spontaneous yes.

And honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever.

We travelled with ethnosphere , and the experience was beautifully curated. From stay, food, and activities to safety and comfort — everything was thoughtfully planned, especially keeping in mind the parent-child dynamic (and even the scorching heat!).

What truly stood out was how the entire journey was designed to build children from within —

“𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂.”

There was a time when photographs were mostly taken by others. We relied on their angles, their timing, their perception of us.

Then came the selfie.
At first, it felt like just another trend. But if you look closely, it quietly shifted something deeper.

A selfie gives you control.
It lets you see yourself through 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙚𝙮𝙚𝙨, not someone else’s lens.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 adjust the frame.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 decide what feels like you.

And somewhere in that simple act, there’s a powerful lesson:

You don’t always need external validation to feel good about yourself.
One honest look in the mirror—or your camera—and you know.

Not whether you meet the world’s standards, but whether you meet your own.

Because the truth is, the world’s perception is unstable.
It changes with your success, your pace, your choices, even your silence.

But your perception?
That’s the one thing you can build, strengthen, and rely on.

So the next time you take a selfie, don’t just check how you look.

✨ Fall. Pause. Rise. ✨

When I got a chance to nominate myself for the Talk in 10 at the Trainers Camp… I paused and wondered —
💭 What can I really deliver in just 10 minutes, that too in front of so many incredible trainers?

And that’s when I decided to use the power of storytelling.

I chose to speak on “Fall, Pause, and Rise.”
It was my own story — a real fall, a forced pause, and the rise that followed.
Because life has its own rhythm — sometimes it slows you down, sometimes it shakes you up, but always for a reason. 🌿

Storytelling, for me, is not just about narrating incidents —
it’s about creating lean-in moments, connecting hearts, and inspiring action. ❤️

Every time I teach the Art of Storytelling, I see how beautifully it fits every profession —
teacher, coach, trainer, or manager — it just works like magic when adapted to your audience. ✨

That’s the same magic I brought to my Talking 10,
and the feedback was beyond heartwarming. 🫶

Recently conducted a team building workshop for a real estate giant—and while those 2 hours were full of energy, laughter, and problem-solving, what truly shapes that experience happens much earlier.

In my recent workshop on communication skills and positive body language with school students, I observed a striking reality: while students excel in academic knowledge, they often lag in real-life skills. The transition from the supportive environment of school to the competitive job market reveals a significant gap.

Once students step out of this educational bubble, they face challenges that require more than just academic excellence. Our goal should be to develop students who are not merely “knowledge-ready robots” but dynamic professionals ready to excel in the real world. This involves:

* Effective Communication Skills: Beyond theoretical knowledge, students need to articulate their ideas clearly and confidently. Communication is key in every professional setting.

* AI vs. Personality: While AI can craft an impressive resume, it can't cultivate your personality. True personal growth happens through real-life experiences and intentional practice.

* The Power of Body Language: Positive and strong body language isn’t innate—it’s a skill that can be developed. As the saying goes, “The first impression is the best impression.” Practicing good body language creates a lasting positive impact.
