Sculpture Student Works

“My first time working with anatomy sculpture. I had done basic coiling for a while and this was a live sculpture making experience. I used my own body as a reference for the hands and legs, and for the face, from a live reference.

The entire process felt easy. It was amazing to watch .jjain explain the techniques—one touch from her could work wonders on the clay. It started off a bit confusing, but the process really grew on me until I felt completely part of the experience. This truly changed my whole perspective of the artform! ✨”

Face Anatomy- Sculpture Workshop in Clay
with .jjain at Studio Karva, Mumbai

14-15th March 2026
Saturday & Sunday, 3 to 7pm (It’s an intensive/masterclass, as they call it these days! )

We coil from scratch a hollow human face, using anatomy studies and techniques. Let’s dive deeper into each step of the process!

Level:
-Someone who has coiled a few more times than a one time workshop.
-Intermediate hand builders & practioners in clay at any level.

Rs. 6,999/- per person. Inclusive of material. Firing extra as per studio charges. Alternatively, take your piece with you at the end of the workshop. In that case, bring a wooden board, box/packing material,etc.
