Ekta Ravie Kapoor has always been a strong believer of meritocracy. She gave chances to people based on talent, not background. She believed in newcomers, whether it was actors, writers, or directors, and stood by them. Many of them are leading names in the industry today. As she turns 50, what stands out is her consistency.
