"BREAD PUDDING"🍮
RECIPE & METHODS
Boil 500 ml milk with 1/4 cup sugar (4 tbsp)
Take 2 slice of bread cut off the sides and soak it in boiled milk and let it cool down then grind it
Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 eggs and whisk it properly and keep it aside
Now in a frying pan on medium flame add 1/4 cup sugar and add 3 tbsp water and caramelize it till it becomes yellowish then pour it in the tin and pour the milk batter in it
Heat a big vessel add water and put a strainer or steel jali so the bottom of tin doesn't touch the hot surface of vessel and cover the tin properly and then cover the vessel
On hight flame steam it for 20 min keep checking water level and check the pudding by knife
Cool it down and serve it chilled
