where nāda, bhāva, and laya breathe as one.

Spandanam is the inner vibration of art,
the moment where the dancer’s heart
meets the cosmic rhythm,
and every movement becomes a prayer.

Nritya Parichaya” Series – NCPA

Tiny Minds, Timeless Elements

Arunodaya Kala Niketan was honoured to bring the grace of classical dance to the young students of Shree Saraswati Vidhyamandir, Bhandup through the NCPA Nritya Parichaya Series—a doorway where curiosity meets culture.

Children explored the elements, senses, chakras, and geometry through delicate mudras, discovering how expressions and gestures become the language of movement.
With simple adavus and lively demonstrations, dance unfolded like a story—rhythmic, vibrant, and full of meaning.

The mridangam added its heartbeat, guiding tiny footsteps into the rhythm of tradition.
