Role & Responsibilities:
• Provides voice support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• To manage all daily work related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
• Responsible for creating first impression through helpful and cheerful attitude.
• Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies
• Master the use of our support channels, processes & tools
• Identify and report Partner/user issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
• Pro-actively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes & tools geared toward improving internal efficiency, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively and judiciously escalate issues with clear communication
Support team lead/ manager when required
• Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality
Work and communicate with cross-functional teams using various channels of internal communication regarding Partner issues.

Required Skills and Capabilities:
• Experience: 1 – 4 years
• Fluency in English and Telugu/Tamil desirable
• Must have experience in Out bond calling
• Experience within an e-Gaming environment or E-com is preferable
• Very personable, sociable and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships and influence a diverse group of
personnel
• Experience of working with marketing services and product teams is desirable
• Strong communication skills

Job Responsibility
• Experience: 6 Months +
• Play and test the application, portal & games repeatedly in different ways and situations
• Learn to be repetitive as well as unexpected. Basically you're trying to break the application / portal / game!
• Test different versions of the game including PC, Mobile (app & HTML5) versions if available
• Concentrate on certain areas of the game and try every possibility available
• Compare new versions of game and replicate previous bugs to see if they have been fixed
• Play game using different settings and options if available
• Check for content, hyperlinks, landing pages, registrations, campaigns, deposits, withdrawal etc. processes.
• Report any error codes that may pop up and report them to bug tracking software or manually.
• Proof any other documentation with game including manuals, instructions and other booklets
• Understand the difference between reporting a bug and reporting a feature
• Prepare test cases for manual/uat/regression testing
• Get the new ideas to improve product
• Should have knowledge for test tool, be good in intrusion testing
• Should be able to write and execute automated test cases for mobile apps
• Well versed with at least one automated testing tool for mobile apps like Selenium/Appium

Role & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• An individual should come from a structured development environment with knowledge of SDLC Practices.
• Hands-on experience in Node.js, Angular with MySQL and MongoDB. and with Redis/MemCache as external storage.
• Advantage of Experience with socket.io and socket programming and write multi-user applications.
• Proficiency with front-end development (HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript/JQuery).
• Familiarity with one Java-script Framework i.e. React.js, Angular.js, Express.js etc.
• Experience running remote apps in the cloud.
• Programming proficiencies: Windows, Linux, jQuery, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB.
• DevOps activity including software releases to production, monitoring, and reacting to (investigating/resolving) issues.
• Strong experience in developing complex, scalable enterprise software applications.
• Knowledge of common architectural patterns (DI, MVC, MVVM, OOP, SOA).
• Knowledge of common open standards (REST, JSON, AMQP, HTML5, CSS3

Required skill & qualification:
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree is required.
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
• Deep programming language knowledge.
