“Love yourself”
I kept trotting from this two-word in my vitality. It followed me around. Internet was and is flooded with phrases like Self-love, Self-confidence, Love yourself, etc but have you ever realised how hard it is to certainly care for yourself, to actually acknowledge yourself when people around you invariably say `you look a little fat in that, this dress doesn’t suit you, are you dieting? How are you so slim, your makeup is too much, why aren’t you seeing a dermatologist, your face looks so ugly ‘ I have always read that you shouldn’t point out things about someone if they can’t change it. But in real life people always do, they'll do that all the time they'll point out your imperfections and that’s where our insecurities grow, that’s where my insecurities grew. When I was combatting from myself because of the acne issues, The only thing people could talk about whenever I met them was `her face is getting awful she should see a dermatologist’ It was like me as a person was only about acne and nothing else. After seeing doctors and dermats eventually, I'm overcoming my acne subjects and now that I have apparent skin people started seeing and addressing me. One aspect I realised in the past years is that the layers of your skin your imperfections, don’t define who you are as a person, who you are to yourself, to the people around you. When you don’t give a f**k about people’s viewpoint that’s when you certainly can give a f**k about your damn self because people come and go and can talk s**t about you but what you have within can never be taken away, when you start to find love inside you, you will stop looking for it in others acknowledgement. I know it’s hard but work on being in love with the person who's in the mirror who has been through so much but is still standing. We must sometimes learn to let go and enjoy the beauty that resides in the imperfection within, that is true acceptance.
Always remember that you are absolutely unique and this uniqueness is what makes you the most of imperfectly perfect. We were built differently. Locate your own uniqueness.

We must fight against the spirit of unconscious cruelty with which we treat the animals. Animals suffer as much as we do. True humanity does not allow us to impose such sufferings on them. It is our duty to make the whole world recognize it. Until we extend our circle of compassion to all living things, humanity will not find peace.
