जब राह की कीलें पग छलनी कर देती है
ऐसे में भी गगनभेद हुंकार लगाना पड़ता है
भाग्य को भी अपनी मुट्ठी, अध‍िकार से लाना पड़ता है
वापस आना पड़ता है
फ‍िर वापस आना पड़ता है

कहां बंधी जंजीरों में हम जैसे लोगों की हस्ती
ध्वंस हुआ, विध्वंस हुआ भवरों में कहां फंसी कश्ती
विपदा में मन के पल का हथियार चलाना पड़ता है
अपने हिस्से का सूरज भी खुद ख‍ींचकर लाना पड़ता है
वापस आना पड़ता है
फ‍िर वापस आना पड़ता है

प‍त्थर की बंद‍िश से भी क्या बहती नद‍ियां रुकती है
हालातों की धमकी से क्या अपनी नजरें झुकती है
किस्मत से हर पन्ने पर किस्मत लिखवाना पड़ता है
जिसमें मशाल सा जज्बा हो वो दीप जलाना पड़ता है
वापस आना पड़ता है
फिर वापस आना पड़ता है
