Namaskar !
2022 – marked new beginnings for many sectors, industries, mindsets, priorities & Lifestyles, with the beginning of post covid era. We healed, opened up, and started getting normal. What was important was not to forget the lessons Covid -19 taught us: To be kind to self, the environment & mother nature, slow down, and live a healthy, natural & aware life.

This year it's all about awakening the spirit to prepare for the higher purpose of life.
There's a new spark in all of us to do that thing, to be that person, to experience & live life like never before. This year would be a year of extraordinary performance, with a sense of self-challenge. Real growth is not succeeding your peers – but succeeding your own expectations and getting better than your former selves.

Keep moving your self – it not just keeps you physically fit, but also , helps you release stress & tone down the mild level of mental , emotional & psychological imbalances that we are subconsciously exposed to in our everyday life.

Physical activity may help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins.

Remember the little ones we used to be in our preteens …. running around, restless , active, social, expressive, sporty, mindful yet carefree – let that little child live in you. Give that child some of your time, it will take you out to play, to exercise, to connect with people & make new friends, be emotionally expressive, be courageous & be risk takers !

“If you don’t make time for this fun-loving child in you, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.”

It was an absolute privilege to get his guidance and margdarshan on inculcating mental awareness in the workshops and education classes we design and conduct at our centres.

Life (Aayu) is the combination (samyoga) of body , senses , mind, emotions & and soul . A balanced union of these is a state of health happiness and wellbeing !

The various forms of toxicity : pollution on earth & environmental issues, stress anxiety & depression, nutrition deficient & Adulterated food , Global disturbances , Socio – economic issues, pandemic has a deep and long term impact on our health and genetic coding.

More than anything else , what is utmost needed is awareness in mind , happiness in heart, strength in body, & peace in soul !

On this WORLD HEALTH DAY , I urge one and all to work towards holistic wellbeing. Engaging in any form of activity where these 5 are symbiotically engaged and put into practice, is a profound way to begin with.

Healthy happy and aware people are an important asset to their family/ organisation/ society/ nation / environment & planet.

Maha Shivratri when the Shiva & Shakti unite to include each other as their halves, complementing each other is symbolic to self-acceptance, creation, stability & denotes a positive way of life.

The yoga of the masculine & feminine energies signify :
- Environmental Health: The balance in nature - creation & destruction
- Mental health: Accepting & Balancing the masculine & feminine traits inside ourselves, are equally important emotional expressions for mental & emotional wellbeing.
- Social Wellbeing: Balance in society – as equality of both genders.

This video is inspired by a counselling session - with a student I've known for the last 12 years, in her early teens, in London, and her roleplay is done by another very dear student of mine!

This is a message for all the newly teens - who have or are yet to experience love & relationship.

This is a tender age when we experience new emotions and that is when we desire to know love - a new version of love, outside the comfort of loving our parents, siblings & family. Experiencing this form of love that expects back, a love that wishes to express itself, and a love that motivates, excites, make you experience the adrenaline rush, but also might leave you in pain!

People will come, go and keep coming - they are an important part of your journey, and are meant to teach you something to understand life better. But don't let them define your worth, don't let yourself suffer emotionally. Don't let your emotions affect your life and your goals.

Don't forget, it's you who decide your worth - and no one else.

So,

Fall in love ... with the best version of yourself!

Mokshda Ekadashi - On this day, Lord Krishna preached Shrimad Bhagwat Gita to Arjuna, who was fascinated before the start of the Mahabharata war. This day is also celebrated as Gita Jayanti.
As per the religious belief, those who keep Mokshada Ekadashi fast are blessed by Lord Vishnu, and they get rid of their sins to achieve moksha or liberation after death.
My thought process and preachings to my shishyas , and the way I live & look at life, is deeply inspired by Bhagwat Gita.

My interpretation & reflection on Mokshda Ekadashi :
In today's world where people are suffering so many things at a personal level, inside their mind and body because of the past baggage’s they carry. They are so entangled in the weavings of their past and fail to live in the present. would the term ‘moksha’ concern them or have any meaning in their lives?
For them, the real Moksha... is to Get rid of the past karma sufferings that they have been carrying in their mind and conscience. Unless that past is released, ... They can't be liberated to live freely in the present, being futuristic.
Like the soul releases itself from the body, we need to release ourselves from the baggage’s and dead body of our past and enter into the new life – the new you.
This is a more tangible meaning of Moksha I can relate to in the current scenario with a high rise in the cases of depression, anxiety, Sugar / BP and other lifestyle and mental illness diseases.
Whichever religion you belong to, no matter which God you pray to – being his creation, this Godly element of HIS is present in each of you; trust in it.
I Had an amazing morning meditative session with my Shishyas, and here’s a little prayer for each of you.
Today I pray for clearance of past karma and get moksha to live in the present. Today the energies are vital for releasing any distress and making space for the new in the coming new year. The moon and the stars are aligned for moksha and will grant any wish for release. Be in total awareness of your breath and observe silence for your soul to attain peace in the highest order. I wish that the stress you carry is released today.

Please read the below Affirmation loud to yourself :

I ask for moksha of my past karmas and stress, which I have been carrying in my mind at a conscious and subconscious level. I want to live a joyful present and discover a new fresh me! I don’t have guilts of past nor worries of future. As I forgive and release myself, I promise to live my present with such awareness and entire presence that I am always future-ready.
