Marriages... Different Religions different Rituals

Marriage... A occasion where 2 known or may be unknown people probably a boy & girl make promise to live a life together. Not only a boy & girl but 2 families also come on a same platform to live a life together. Different religions have different rituals for marriage. Every family has a different rituals inspite of same religion. But based on religions in India there are majorly 4 religions namely Hindu, Sikh, Muslim & Christan. I & you all have seen marriages of every religion & being a Hindu my marriage was also conducted as per Hindu rituals.
One thing which is common in 3 religions i.e. Sikh, Muslim & Christan is that all these people goes to their temples & perform their rituals in front of their holy book Guru Granth Sahib, Kuran & Bible respectively in front of their preists & family members. That is a very good gesture of starting a relation or a family as entire life we goes to our temples for pray & for our requests to our holy god. But what happened to our Hindu religion. Why we don't take feras/ rituals in front of our holy book Bhagwat Gita? Who started this ritual of taking feras on a unknown place which as per our own suitability or as per our status in front of fire? During feras we assume that fire is the purest form & we take oath & starts our journey in front of fire, do this means that fire is more pure than out holy book Bhagwat Gita. If yes, then why in our courts we put Bhagwat Gita in front of people to take oath & not fire. Judges decide how someone's life is going to be after taking oath in courts in front of Bhagwat Gita but we do not consider Bhagwat Gita in taking decision during our marriage. Are we Hindus not confident of taking oath in front of Bhagwat Gita, then how we are confident of doing the same in front of fire.

This is a debatable topic & I discussed the same in my family. Points from my family members were - Gita was stated by Shri Krishna & marriages were held even before Bhagwat Gita was spelt or written. My point is that this is same with other religions too. Marriages happened before Guru Granth Sahib, Bible or Kuran were written or spelt. Another point by my family is that Bhagwat Gita was spelt before war. Point is true but even fire is used in war too.

Why we Hindus are moving in a different direction? We must respect our holy Bhagwat Gita & perform all holy rituals in front of Bhagwat Gita. Let all Hindus read & follow Bhagwat Gita.

GODDESS - THE LADY TO WORSHIP

By this story I don't want to hurt someone's sentiments.

I lives in Chandigarh which has a very famous shrine Mata Mansa Devi Shrine nearby, a nearby city Patiala which has Kaali Mata shrine. Let's go a bit miles, Mata Vaishno devi shrine in J&K state, Devbhoomi Himachal Pradesh with many lady goddess & recently visited Madurai & Kanyakumari which has Meenakshi Amman & Kanyakumari Amman respectively & many more places which has lady goddess to pray. All these temples which are stated above are the temples where only & only female goddess are being worshiped.

Have you ever noticed 1 strange thing way from J&K to Kanyakumari. Whenever I visit any temple with lady as prominent goddess one question arrises in my mind that is if we visit any temple with male God, the pandits/pujari/preist are incharge of bathing the deity with milk & water, clothing the deity with traditional wear & jewellery & conducting the rituals. But how pandits/pujari/preist are same in case of lady goddess. Why rituals of lady goddess are not conducted by lady preists? How a male pujari/preist can touch lady deity sculpture any where instead of her feet? How a male pujari can make a lady deity bath where as in Hindu or any other culture it is a bad thing to see a lady taking bath by a male. When a male see a lady taking bath, he is said to be bad male, it is considered as dirty & even now a days a lady can even send a male to jail due to this illegal molestation. But when it comes to praying, a male can do these things & it is not even called illegal or molestation. We belive that the sculpture is real & the goddess is really inside it then how a male pujari can touch her anywhere instead of her feet.

Why a lady pandit/ preist/ pujari can not do all these rituals. Being a lady she can touch a lady & can perform all rituals. I know that ladies have monthly issues but that thing can be managed by change of duties. We are living in 2022 & i think old styled rituals have to change which is the need of hour & male dominancy will somehow decrease as munimum with respect to temples & female goddess.

Elections

Again elections are coming in Punjab. Again politicians started coming to our areas, our marriages, our devotional places. They have Again started coming to us after 5 years.

Now who is going to win. What we the people of Punjab will get post elections for next 5 years.

Have u seen agendas of our so called politicians in past few days. If not, let me remind u some of them - Free electricity, lesser fuel prices, some amount to be deposited in ladies accounts, free movement of ladies in buses, more government jobs etc etc. & the biggest one - Repeal of 3 farm laws.

Lets discuss some positives & drawbacks of these lucrative offers.

FREE ELECTRICITY - Do u know that Punjab State Board of Electricity is in debt of how much amount. Let me tell u - Its 5767 crore & interest payable on it is 731 crore. The loan against working capital is 9860 crore & interest payable is 720 crore. Total interest payable is 1705 crore & interest on security deposit is 180 crore.
My question is that after this much amount of debts on PSPCL how we the people of Punjab is going to get free electricity. Rains are getting lesses n lesser day by day, our water resources are getting depleted & due to higher amount of heat in summers, usage of electricity is increasing year by year.
Just for the sake of winning elections, we will get free electricity but what after that. This load of debt is going to fall on Middle class & above as usual. And one fine day PSPCL will be in so much trouble with debts, that eventually govt will put PSPCL on sale. Jobs of lacs of people will come to an end & a department will be privatised. But we are very happy in getting free electricity whose final result is devastating.

LESSER FUEL PRICES - Fuel is the biggest asset of any govt to generate revenue. Just a marginal increase of 10-20 paisa per litre gives a handsome amount of revenue to any state/ centre. From last 1 year we are seeing regular increase in fuel prices, but just 3-4 months before elections & just for 3-4 months fuel prices are decreased & we are very happy with this. But what after winning elections. Did any govt ever put any pressure on centre govt to decrease prices. A big NO. We will see daily increase in prices for next 5 years but we are happy for 3-5 months that fuel prices have dipped.

SOME AMOUNT TO BE DEPOSITED IN LADIES ACCOUNTS-
This is a big big question that from where this amount us going to come. In times of Covid heavy waves, we have not seen any personal hospital opened by any politicians. All medical support was always requested from centre & now as elections are coming, our ladies will get an X amount free of cost in their accounts. If they are needy then its good, but we do not give a single penny to a beggar but we are giving free money to our ladies. Our constitution says that men & women have same rights & now a days women are working in all so called departments whether they are govt or private. Women are also getting better salaries, then y we are making our women beggars. We are making our mother's, daughters, wife's a beggar. We say that women are goddess, then why we are making them beggars.

FREE TRANSPORTATION TO LADIES IN BUSES-
Again a free lucrative deal. Let me take u again to some facts & figures. PRTC has a debt of 68.55 crore & still giving free rides. Fuel is increasing day by day, cost of manufacturing of buses is increasing, labor cost i.e. dues of drivers & conductors are increasing but still our ladies are getting free rides. Again giving something alms to our mother's & daughters.

GOVT JOB TO 1 MEMBER OF EACH HOUSE -
Day by day departments are getting privatised. Started with banks, our govt is selling its liabilities day by day. Salaries of various departments like education, municipal corporation have not been disbursed for many days. Govt teachers are on hunger strike for not getting salaries or they are still off role i.e. on third party payroll. Even in all departments of Punjab they are not hiring people on onrole jobs. People are hired on adhoc basis so that their services can be terminated as & when reqd. There are hundreds n hundreds of officers who don't have permanent jobs & working on temporary basis. When till date the persons who are working in temporary basis have not got permanent jobs, then how can they assure us new jobs.

REPEAL OF 3 FARM LAWS -
3 farm laws were introduced in September 2020. As soon as laws were introduced agitation by farmers started in Punjab & followed by Haryana, UP & other states of India. Farmers took this agitation from stopping of trains, busses to stopage of toll plazas, petrol pumps & shopping marts of big giants accross states & finally taking this to New Delhi & blocking of highways & marches in delhi. This was the first biggest agitation after Independence against government. Farm unions claimed that approx 700 farmers lost their lives just to save their rights. In November 2021, after more than 1 year of agitation, finally these laws were taken back but my question is that why before elections.

Is only elections are the only system in India to get works done. Why all these works any government can do accross their tenure of working. Why do they need these lucrative schemes just before elections. If concerned government do their work throughout their tenure, there will be no need of any lucrative scheme at the time of elections & it will be a challenge for every next contender to do good work so that he can come in public for demand of votes.

So I request my country people to please look for the works done for betterment of city, state, country. Ask candidates for hospitals, schools, jobs & infrastructure instead of free electricity, free bus service or any lucrative schemes. Vote to get better India but not beggar India.

LOCKDOWN - Was it really stressed.

Before march 24th, 2020, I used to start my day at 6AM & generally leave to work at 8 AM with my wife & daughter. I used to drop my wife for her college & daughter for her school. Starting from monday we all three waits for weekend i.e. sunday as that was the only holiday we used to enjoy at home. Rest all days were very busy & we used to end up at bed in night just for 15 to 20 minutes to have a know how of how was our day.

On 24th, PM of India ordered strict lockdown in country. That was the time when my daughter asked me the meaning of lockdown. I explained her as much as I can as she was only 5 years old. The meaning she understood about lockdown after all my explanations was - "Mom & Dad will be with me for next 21 days & all days will be sundays". Even I knew the defination of lockdown but after knowing her answer for lockdown I was fully surprised. The same joy was in eyes of my wife as after 12 years of marriage this was the biggest span we were going to live together & I can understand joy of my daughter also. I was bit tensed as being head of family I have to see about expenses, income & other things but after seeing their joy all my tensions waived away & I reallg understood meaning of lockdown from my daughter's prespective.

It was just 2 days, some companies like FM's, TV stations & other media started promoting word STRESS. Some called it negetivity, depressions & many other english words which people know. Some very renowed speakers of our country & other countries started giving sessions on depression & stress. Some started shows on their channels regarding how to get out of this stress. Some companies senior management started online platforms to connect to their employees so that their employees don't stress.

But I have a question for you. Is it really stress or depression or tension or negetivity.

I have my own aspect for this. I purchsed my house in 2013 & from 2013 till date I was unable to live in it. I was staying there but hardly spent an entire day at home. After birth of my daughter I hardly spent 2 days with her. After my marriage, I hardly spent 1 week with my wife. So how this lockdown is negetive or stressed or depressed.

Have u ever thought that from where these words - Depression, stress or negetivity came from. These 3 words came from 2 sources only. Number one is ur boss & number two is FM stations or our so called actors. Let us discuss both. The first source BOSS. As we all know that all companies were struggling for their profits in this time. But the bosses were the one who are taking more salary than u. That means if company takes any big decision they will be the first one to be axed. So to take out their frustation they started pinning u for work in times of no work & finally they transfered their stress into your life, their depression into your mind. But have u ever thought that if u are working in a MNC, those companies never stressed their employees for any work in this lockdown, then why ur bosses did this.
The second source that is FM stations, media & so called actors. All of them have no work to do. U were spending quality time with ur family & were not listening to no point talks of FM's. Media has no news apart from pandemic, so all were free to promote negetivity. We follow a lot of hero & heroins on various platforms. Usually they work or travel & were never at their homes. They live a very lavish life in various cities, hotels or countries. They never make up their homes with broom & duster. But now in this lockdown they have to stay at their dirty & tidy small homes with no maids to work or prepare food. They were really stressed for that work which they never did & started posting various posts on social media regarding stress, negetivity & depression. Finally they were also successful in transfering their depression into us.

We all have family & always wanted time to spend with them. We take holidays to spend time with our family. Then how we get bored, depressed or tensed in this lockdown. Now just take 2 minutes of ur life & think WAS THAT LOCKDOWN REALLY BORE/STRESSED/DEPRESSED.

DO U NEED A SIMILAR LOCKDOWN AGAIN.
