I would request a few minutes from your precious time for giving attention to this matter, a real kind request, I am really confused at the point about the approach i needed to take when stating the below statement. Confused about people who are never the same the another. Everybody is different in one way or another. I believe , nether say i had the acceptance of the responsibilities we have inorder to make the world a better place to live atleast for our coming generations. For that , i really see , it's actually not i am seeing to be honest, it's our vision, we are seeing ,a lot of changes are required in the frontend as well as backend. First thing first right, Get rid of your shame to ask or seek for help , by asking help from someone , you are giving the person an opportunity to be a better person. You should be respected for that . Change the way the mind perceive things. Why we are hanging on compromising, why we are claiming what can i alone do . In every room everybody saying this ,just imagine if those walls are disappeared, become invisible, we are never alone again right rather more powerful too . If someone need to come upfront to start the changes, you can count on me really honestly. The Bad education system, The wrong parenthood, It feels like we are creating a community of criminals. Teaching to do something no matter whether bad or good in a way that accompanies a proof for the above statement. Why is it like that? Are we forgetting our needs to go behind the fantasies that this materialistic world is excelling us. It's time to think.. it's time to act... It's time to reacte... No more compromising on anything. False Democracy in which a particular number of legislative members are elected and they doing sh*ts on behalf of the other crores of people like being another proof for that statement Right Democracy should come where every people get their voice echoing on the attributes and traits of the country and beyond the boundaries to expand to the world to develop the Unconditional Love that require a change from the Conditional Form of Love. This much for now , i need to know your oint or views about the same. I have a lot of crimes to mention which will follow on the proceeding posts above this discussion. The change should start now.. and it should be done by us . Remember, Why compromise while we can conquer.. ❤️❤️

A Game Artist is often a generalist animator and/or 3D modeler who creates both 2D and 3D art for video games. Working from design briefs and concept art, Game Artists give expression to the script from the storyboard to populate the world of the game.

The responsibilities of the Game Artist may include:

Liaising with lead designers and developers regarding the style and feel of the game

Researching references and resources required to produce the assets of the game

Sketching concept designs and key elements of the visual style

Building 3D models of all assets in line with the technical limits of the game engine

Applying textures to all visual elements

Adding lighting and shading effects to all elements, ensuring consistency in color, intensity and lighting levels

Animating characters and creatures

Integrating special effects to textures, scenes and events, including muzzle flashes, weather effects, particle systems, sparking wires, smoke, haze, billowing dust, steam vents, explosions, etc

Creating sound effects, conducting audio mixes and design

Designing promotional materials, packages, posters and websites for the launch of the game

Producing prototypes for testing

Working with motion capture

We are looking for a specialized Game Developer to turn a game idea into code on a fast moving environment. You will be involved in various aspects of game’s creation from concept to finished product including coding, programming, audio, design, production and visual arts.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into complicated but clean and efficient code

Construct the base or the engine on which the game will run

Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features

Develop schedules and determine milestones

Generate game scripts and storyboards

Animate characters and objects

Contribute to the design and audio features of the game

Create unit tests and validation procedures to assure quality

Detect identification and resolution and document technical specifications

“Polish” the game, maintain code, fix bugs and iron out occurring problems

Requirements

Proven working experience in full lifecycle game development

Hands on experience primarily with C++ or other programming languages (C #, C, etc)

High level knowledge of APIs and libraries

Expert in one or more programming specialties (artificial intelligence, 3D Rendering, 3D animation, physics, multiplayer/networking, or audio)

Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Any degree in Computer Science or Games Technology

An active person passionate about games and game development.
