Moments from the kitchen we built for the Philips Mother’s Day film ✨

From hurried breakfasts and half finished conversations, to sibling experiments, shared bites, tiny messes and the everyday rhythm of a home… the kitchen slowly became the heart of this story.

A space built not just for cooking, but for care, chaos and all the little moments in between… holding the thought of “ghar ka kaam sabka kaam.”

An empty location slowly turned into a home built around everyday life.

The idea was never perfection.

We layered the space with books, plants, family photographs, textures, practical lights, study corners, work surfaces and little pockets of clutter. Unfolded throws, things left out, spaces caught mid use… because the house had to feel like someone was still in the middle of living in it.

The kitchen stayed active. Study spaces carried stories. Plants softened corners. Objects were chosen to feel used, familiar and quietly real.

And sitting underneath it all was the thought behind the film…

Ghar ka kaam sabka kaam.

Because behind everyday homes are meals, dishes, reset corners, things left behind, things picked back up, and invisible routines that quietly keep repeating.

A kitchen always in motion. Corners waiting to be cleared. A home carrying the labour we often don’t notice…

More moments from the world we built for the Philips Mother’s Day film ✨

From sibling chaos in the kitchen and everyday messes, to study spaces, plants, quiet conversations and the unseen work that often falls on one person… the idea was to create a home that felt warm, lived in and real enough to hold the story of “ghar ka kaam sabka kaam.”

Swipe to see where we began & how it finally looked after we set it up ➝

From empty rooms to a world built for two siblings ✨

The study and play space was intentionally layered with books left open, sketches, toys, colours and everyday mess. Not just to feel lived in, but to support the story.

Because while the children leave traces of their day behind… the clean up quietly lands on mom.

Around it sat softer details too. A warm plant nook, layered greens, wood tones, practical lighting and corners designed to feel real before the camera rolled 🌿

Swipe to see the kitchen before & after we set it up ➝

The location already had a strong shell. We softened it into a warmer, lived in family kitchen with layered styling, open storage, practical clutter and everyday objects that felt used, not placed.

A few moments from the world we built for the Shelcal film ✨

The brief was never just a beautiful house.

It had to feel like a home carrying many lives at once. School mornings, family projects at the dining table, dance sessions in the living room, tea breaks, grandparents, plants finding their corners, and all the tiny routines that quietly make a place feel lived in.

Built for the story. Styled for everyday life.

From a bare shell location to a lived in family home ✨

For the Shelcal film, the space was dressed, layered and transformed across the living room, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, kids’ spaces and transition areas to create a home that felt warm, inhabited and emotionally real.

Plants, textiles, artwork, props, everyday clutter and tiny details were added to support the story and the people living inside it.

Sharing the film and the world we built for it 🌿

More moments from the world we built for the Shelcal film ✨

From everyday corners and family chaos to quiet cups of tea, craft tables, plants, conversations and small rituals… the idea was to create a home that felt warm, lived in and real enough to disappear into the story.

Swipe to see the transformation ➝

This part of the house became the heart of the world we were building.

The living room was layered with cane, wood, textiles, plants and warm practicals to create a space that felt calm, lived in and quietly familiar. Even the entry corner was dressed to feel like a home that had been growing over time.

From an empty location to a space with stories in it ✨
