हाच एक छंद माझा
चार शब्द लिहिण्याचा
मनातल्या भावनांना
तालबद्ध गुंफिण्याचा

होईल ना यातूनीच
मनमाला सुमनांची ?
गुंफिलेल्या या फुलांना
माला कोणी म्हणेल ना ?

​नाती कशी अशी ही, विस्कळीत झाली l
जी हृदयानजीक होती, ती फार दूर गेली llधृll

​गेले किती उन्हाळे, पावसाळे किती गेले l
नाती जळून गेली, नाती धुवून गेली ll१ll

​भेट झाली जरी समोरी, मने फार दूर गेलीl
जरी भेटलो समोरी, ओळखीची खूण गेली ll२ll

​येता येता शब्द ओठी, वाणी अबोल झाली l
मनातील भावनांची, इथे धुळधाण झाली ll३ll

​शोधतो मी आजही, ती माणसे हरवलेली l
अश्रूंच्या या पुरामध्ये, माणसे वाहून गेली ll४ll

​गैरसमजाची भिंत, नको तितकी वाढली l
आपुलकीची ती वाट, अंधारात हरवली ll५ll

​आरोपांच्या धुरळ्यात, माया ती विरून गेली l
आपुलकीची ती जागा, आता रिकामीच उरली ll६ll
