🎭 When Silence Travels Across Borders — Mime in Kathmandu 🇮🇳🇳🇵

A beautiful new chapter in my mime journey began in Kathmandu, Nepal.

From performing to conducting interactive sessions with students, it has been deeply fulfilling to introduce the Art of Mime to young minds in schools.

✨ Sometimes, you don't need a voice to be heard.

It was wonderful to see the curiosity, energy and enthusiasm of the students as they explored the world of mime. Their spontaneous expressions reminded me once again that art has no boundaries and silence needs no translation.

🎭 2nd MIME WORKSHOP – OPENING CEREMONY | KATHMANDU, NEPAL 🇳🇵🇮🇳

A beautiful beginning to a week-long journey into the Art of Silence!

The 2nd Mime Workshop, organised by Sanskritik Yuva Samuha, Kathmandu, in collaboration with Soma Mime Theatre, Kolkata, was inaugurated today with great enthusiasm and warmth.

✨ “Mukabhinay (Mime) – Turn Silence into Powerful Expression!”

The opening ceremony brought together artists, theatre enthusiasts and enthusiastic participants with a shared passion for Mime, Physical Theatre and creative expression.

As the workshop begins, we look forward to exploring the language of the body through movement, gesture, rhythm, imagination, emotion and silence—and discovering how powerful a story can become without a single spoken word.

A special thank you to Sanskritik Yuva Samuha for creating this wonderful platform for artistic learning and strengthening the cultural connection between Nepal and India. 🇳🇵🤝🇮🇳
