The “Bharatiya Sangeet O Kala Bihar 2002 ‘’ is formed and established to :

1. Impart affiliation to the organizations/academics across the country and abroad as imparting training in the fields of the subjects listed in the organization manual of subjects.

2. Arrange for examination of the students evaluate the standard.

3. Serve CERTIFICATE, SHEETS , RESULT , SYLLABUS , BOOKS .

4. Search for new talents and give scholarship.

6. Arrange for competition among the new song writers, the lyricists, the music directors the dancers.

7. Collection of old folk songs and work on those’.

8. Publish and release of records and cassettes of old as well as new artists.

9. Collect and keep records/cassettes of old artists in archive.

10. Arrange for broad casting and/or Telecasting of performance of old and rising artists.

11. Participated in social and cultural activities along with the students/ trainees of the affiliated center's.

12. Publish magazine on song.
