1. Participation is open to all students of all the colleges.
2.format : poem should be submitted in the form of jpeg or png image
3.language : poem can be written in English , hindi or bengali .
4.Content : the content of the poem should not offend any individual or group .
5. All entries should be sent in file format to the number given on the poster .
