This past November 29th, the College of Nursing at RG Kar Medical College didn’t just host a flashmob; we took up space, found our rhythm, and showed the world what nursing excellence looks like. 💃🔥
As we reflect on Nurses Week, it’s time to break the outdated stigmas. We are more than just "helpers"—we are leaders, advocates, and the backbone of healthcare. Despite the challenges and the stigma our institution has navigated, we stand tall. We are overcoming, reclaiming our narrative, and proving that nurses have the power to move mountains (and dance floors!). ✊💙
From the high-energy choreography of the flashmob to the soulful jamming session that followed, we proved that our unity is unbreakable. Whether we’re in the wards or under the spotlight, we do it with heart and soul. 🎸🎤
