Delhi Police arrests 6 Islamic jihadi terrorists linked to Pak gangster Shahzad Bhatti

The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested six Islamic jihadi terrorists accused after raids across Delhi, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Investigators are now probing the network's arms, funding and possible links to other attacks.

गुजरात आतंकवाद विरोधी दस्ते (ATS) ने 3 जुलाई 2026 को एक बड़े बहु-राज्यीय (multi-state) अभियान के तहत, पाकिस्तान स्थित प्रतिबंधित आतंकवादी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद (JeM) से जुड़े आठ कथित गुर्गों को गिरफ्तार किया।
यह समन्वित आतंकवाद-विरोधी अभियान गुजरात के कई जिलों और मध्य प्रदेश के देवास में चलाया गया, जिसने एक सक्रिय स्लीपर मॉड्यूल को पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त कर दिया।
मिशन: संदिग्ध गुजरात में एक सक्रिय स्लीपर सेल के रूप में काम कर रहे थे ताकि राज्य में एक कार्यात्मक आतंकवादी नेटवर्क स्थापित किया जा सके, स्थानीय युवाओं को कट्टरपंथी बनाया जा सके और भविष्य में होने वाले आतंकवादी हमलों के लिए रसद (लॉजिस्टिक्स) की व्यवस्था की जा सके।
लक्षित स्थान (टार्गेटेड लोकेशंस): गुजरात के बनासकांठा, पाटन और नवसारी जिलों के साथ-साथ मध्य प्रदेश के देवास में संयुक्त छापेमारी की गई। खबरों के मुताबिक, कुछ संदिग्ध स्थानीय मदरसों से काम कर रहे थे, जिनका इस्तेमाल वे अपनी पहचान छिपाने (कवर) के लिए कर रहे थे।
