MEET THE SOUND ARCHITECT SIDDHART KAMATH

Some people become a part of an event. Some become a part of its soul.

Siddhart Kamath has been with Threatfest since Day One. Behind the console, behind the scenes, and right in the middle of all the madness, he's been the man helping shape the sound that defines this festival.

A multi-instrumentalist, producer, and sound engineer, Siddhart has worked with projects like Bryden & Parth, Bajaow, Live Banned and many more, contributed to film soundtracks, and collaborated with artists like Raghu Dixit.

But for us, he's more than just the sound guy. He's family. And after all these years, he's back to make Threatfest Vol. V louder, heavier, and unforgettable.

​Four minds driving the noise at Threat Fest Vol. 5:

​Ankit (Vocals / Guitar) – Founder and primary songwriter. Swapped the violin for a guitar the moment he heard Megadeth, fueling the band's tracks with deep dives into human psychology.

​Swapnanil (Guitar) – The technical engine. Constantly pushing his shredding limits to match the band’s intricate riffs, all while balancing work with central government agencies.

​Anurag (Bass) – Pure energy and the rhythmic pulse of the group. His obsession with music is what keeps the band firing on all cylinders.

​Avishek (Drums) – Scene veteran inspired by Mike Portnoy. Runs on three hours of sleep, a high-stakes job, and sheer dedication—still the first one at every rehearsal.

For nearly two decades, Zygnema have been one of India's leading groove metal bands, known for their relentless live shows, and a healthy dose of sarcasm. They're bringing their signature chaos to Threatfest Vol. V at The Princeton Club, Kolkata, on 23rd August.

Jimmy Bhore – Vocals
Burger king by day, metal vocalist by night. A loyal devotee of Vada Pav and Paani Puri, but can Kolkata's puchkas win him over?

Sidharth "Kadads / Sid" Kadadi – Guitar
Founding member, riff machine, and full-time heavy metaller. Still patiently waiting for world domination.

Somesh Panicker – Bass
Newest member of the family. Spends more time painting himself before a show than soundchecking. Making his Kolkata debut.

Mayank Sharma – Drums
Joined the band on the day of a show in 2006–07 and somehow never left. Coffee addict. Cymbal donations are always welcome.
