We are delighted to share that Santoshpur Anuchintan's acclaimed production Birsa Ka Jungle, written and directed by Dr. Gaurav Das, will be performed at TRI COLOUR FESTA 2026, organized by Burdwan The Puppeteers, as part of the Independence Day celebrations.

Inspired by the life, struggle, and enduring legacy of Birsa Munda, the play brings alive the voices of indigenous communities and their unwavering relationship with the forest, land, and freedom. Performed by children and young adults from the Munda community, Birsa Ka Jungle is a celebration of resistance, memory, and hope.

The Meta Theater Germany tour in Kolkata has come to an unforgettable end.

Over the past few days, we shared stories, stages, conversations, laughter, challenges, and countless memorable moments. What began as an international collaboration soon became a beautiful friendship built through theatre.

These happy faces of Santoshpur Anuchintan and Meta Theater Germany celebrate much more than the end of a tour—they celebrate the power of artistic exchange, trust, and the belief that theatre transcends borders, languages, and cultures.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and made this journey so special. Until we meet again—on another stage, in another city, with new stories to tell.
