When I got the news Iate night yesterday that he was still alive, I went to bed with a bit happy note thinking to wake up today with a good news about Mr. Zakir Hussain. But got up with with a very sad news. God is really very cruel.

An irreparable loss to the musical world. May His musical soul rest in eternal peace.

As he used to say not to use the word Ustad before his name, let us not say Ustad Zakir Hussain. He will feel happy in heaven if we say Mr. Zakir Hussain / Zakir Hussain / Zakir Ji.
