eTalenter is an online competition management software. It has a compact, secure and accurate framework that helps to manage competitions, big and small. The software can create competitions, add candidates, manage results, score online, print chest cards and certificates, functionalize a token - projector system and much more.
Problem Statement addressing
Organizers all around the world have much work to do when preparing for competitions. There is a lot of paperwork to be done, lists to be prepared, accurate calculations should be done and the correct results should be published. After this one has to prepare chest cards and certificates for the participants and the winning candidates. This creates a very tired organizer who has lost much time.
Solution offering in detail
This is where eTalenter, a competition managing software comes in where the interface provides an interesting platform to create competitions, programs, stages, phases, add coordinators, candidates, and judges. Identity numbers for candidates have generated automatically and chest cards are printed accordingly. Judges can score on an inbuilt scorecard and the marks will be recorded in the system. The software automatically handles all tabulation work creating accurate results and singling out champions or top performers. It also has a feature to print certificates. This software basically, saves time and paper and helps the organizers to manage competitions with ease.
What substitutes do people resort to because your solution doesn't exist yet (or they don't know about it)?
People substitute our software with paperwork, excel sheets, and Google spreadsheets. But one needs to know technical concepts in excel to do tabulation works. It's hard to manage with bulk data. I have also done this.
