Finally got a reply. This is actual service from the government office. A responsible officer replied without calculating the TAT already over.

Officer reply when it is actually 50 days after the application.😂

For other services sectors like banks if any client complains 1 they comply " we are actually sorry for the delay. Reply after a f**k check and do the needful as early as possible."

Here I got a reply like I should not do so as a government officer doesn't get a salary and just acts like a public servant.
