FOB 6.90 USD Per box (Superior Gloves). Buyer sides please add commission.
2. Official Allocation Holder of Khai Hoan Joint Stock Company (V Gloves), Monthly allocation 10 Million boxes. FOB 6.90 USD Per box. Buyer sides please add commission.
3. Commercial Partner of Decotra Joint Stock Company. Manufacture of D gloves ( Nitrile, Latex and Vinyl) and Surgical and Non Surgical 3 ply and 4ply mask and KN95.
SOP
1. NCNDA with buyer and all buyer mandate.
2. LOI and POF or BCL from End Buyer. LOI and POF must from end buyer
3. After Due Diligence from direct factory PP Trading Bangladesh will issue FCO.
4. After FCO signing, PP Trading Bangladesh will show the authorization letter or allocation holder by Zoom call with direct buyer.
5. Draft SPA and SPA signing from buyer.
6. Buyer arrange his transport company and provide the information to us.
7. PP Trading Bangladesh will show buyer invoice from direct factory.
8. PI and PI signing
9. Draft LC
10. LC issue from buyer side. (100% at sight irrevocable, transferable LC.) LC release on SGS inspection, FOB invoice, all original certification from factory.
Please note that Procedure and price are not negotiable. This is only for pre order or production. Buyer must open transferable LC to PP trading Bangladesh. PP Trading Bangladesh also has partner office in Dubai, Malaysia, Russia, Canada, Korea and Singapore. If buyer wants he can open L/C any of partner office.

# SELLER ISSUES FINAL SPA AFTER REVIEWING, BUYER SIGNS AND SENDS BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS
# THE BUYER OPENS THE LC WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SIGNING THE SPA
# THE SELLER ISSUES THE BUYER A COMMERCIAL INVOICE
# 48-72 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE THE BUYER WILL RECEIVE THE SGS CERTIFICATE AND AIRWAY BILL
