CCM Spitfire 600 Cafe Racer 🖤⚡🖤
Built by Ant Partridge of Goblin Works Garage in collaboration with designer Paul Drake and British motorcycle manufacturer CCM to promote their in-house custom program, this unique cafe racer began life as a standard 2019 CCM Spitfire. It is built around a computer-engineered, TIG-welded high-strength tubular steel frame and matching swingarm finished in gloss black, featuring a custom origami-style monocoque body water-jet cut from an aluminum sheet, folded, and welded into a single piece that forms the fuel tank, seat base, and tail unit. The bike is powered by a 600cc Husqvarna-designed single-cylinder engine utilizing Mikuni injection and a 12:1 compression ratio to produce 58 Nm of torque, breathed on via a custom 2-into-1 stainless steel exhaust system terminating in an under-seat SC Project silencer. With hard black anodized billet hardware, carbon fiber fenders, and a race foam seat, the build strips the machine down from a stock 125 kg to a light 110 kg dry weight, while braking power is managed by a radial-mounted Brembo caliper with a 320mm disc up front and a 240mm disc at the rear. Crucially, all modifications are entirely bolt-on allowing the motorcycle to be reverted to its original factory form using included OEM components making this TV-featured creation a high-torque, ultra-lightweight collector's piece.
