🔹 Trainee (Beginners) Salary Structure:
• ₹14,000 in-hand salary during training period (OJT Period) + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• ₹15,000 after completion of 3 months + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• ₹16,000 after completion of 6 months + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• ₹17,500 – ₹18,000 after completion of 1 year as Management Trainee + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• Eligible for Shift Manager role after 2 years based on performance and system knowledge
🔹 Experience-Based Salary Structure:
• 3–6 Months Experience – ₹15,000 + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• 1 Year Experience – ₹16,000 + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• 2 Years Experience – ₹18,000 + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• 3 Years Experience – ₹20,000 + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• Shift Manager (3–5 Years Experience) – ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 + Accommodation + 3 Times Food
• Assistant Café Manager / Café Manager – ₹45,000 to ₹55,000
