How many beer-heads of 'em all? And the head-count is going to get bigger.

As of last year, nearly 20 thousand beer-heads, at last count. The Great Indian Octoberfest comes to Bangalore and Hyderabad this year, with an even bigger line-up of music, more grub and of course, lots and lots of beer.

A review by one of the guests: First ever TGIOF in Hyderabad and here's a candid review! Day 1 was a real warmup with Monica of Shaa'ir and Func! It just couldn't get hotter! The showstopper was Indian Ocean and they did spun the magic as usual! Day 2 was awesome'r with the party young and alive and kicking till 1:15 am!!! Thousands of souls gravitated to Hari and Sukhmani's Sindi and Punjabi grooves that created a big lounge and we just LOVED it! Showstopped by DJ Yves V of Tomorrowland - kept the promise and took us to great heights but some DJ Chikoo killed it all later! :p What's surprising is how this festival took shape - brilliant flea market with real town-hall looks, absolutely rich food, and loads of beer! I also observed that the trash was recycled silently all along so there were no empty glasses, bottles, or tins anywhere around - which was so UNLIKE Hyderabad that I know! Bottomline, Hyderabad is coming of age finally as a true cosmopolitan! If you missed TGIOF till now, today Oct 7th is your final opportunity to experience this beer-festival! Miss it at your own stupidity! :)

Okay, I was just saying that this was the first time Kingfisher was to be here in our own Hyderabad or Hyderagood city with Oktoberfest Good Times, and it just didn't really work out yet! But hey, wouldn't it be nice if this were to be, like say, postponed, and back again - with a bang?
