🕊️ Remembering Mushtaq Khan (1969–2026)

A familiar face, countless memories, and a legacy that will live on forever.

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who brought warmth, humour, and charm to more than 500 films, has passed away at 57 after battling cancer.

From Welcome and Gadar to Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, his memorable performances became a cherished part of Indian cinema and touched generations of movie lovers.

Five decades. Countless characters. One unforgettable presence. 🎬

🇮🇷 “THEY BØMBED A SCHOOL.”

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held up photographs of children k*lled in the Minab school strike during his address to the United Nations General Assembly.

Speaking from the UN podium, Pezeshkian said:

“We have been the victims of t*rrørism.”

He referred to the strike on a primary school in Minab, where more than 150 people were reportedly k*lled, including around 120 children.

A UN fact-finding mission has said there are reasonable grounds to believe the United States was responsible for the strike and that it constituted a wàr cr!me.

Pezeshkian held up the photographs as he accused the United States of attacking civilians and said Iran would not bow to pressure.

Children should never become the price of wàr.

🚨 “RESIGN OR FACE NATIONWIDE PROTEST” — CJP GIVES CEC 48-HOUR ULTIMATUM

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has given Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar 48 hours to resign, warning that it will launch a nationwide agitation if he does not step down.

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke made the announcement at a press conference in New Delhi amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.

CJP has also called for a freeze on the SIR exercise and upcoming elections, along with an inquiry into the Election Commission’s handling of electoral-roll decisions.

Dipke made strong allegations against the CEC, calling Gyanesh Kumar the “biggest anti-national” and accusing the Election Commission of undermining voters’ rights. These are Dipke’s allegations, not established findings.

The Election Commission, meanwhile, has maintained that decisions on the SIR were taken through its established process and that final decisions were unanimous.

Reacting to the alleged harassment of a minor girl in Jamui, Bihar, Maithili Thakur called the incident “utterly reprehensible, shameful and heart-wrenching.”

Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has demanded criminal prosecution of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that illegal voter-roll deletions during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) require accountability.
