Picked up my brushes today after what felt like forever. For the longest time, I kept reaching into my drawers, hoping to paint, but life had other plans. Somewhere between growing up and feeling lost, I stopped creating. I thought I had forgotten how. Today, I made two paintings—one of them, this one, quietly held my heart. At first, I felt sad, because it didn’t come out the way it used to. But then I remembered… life won’t always look or feel the same. We fall, we ache, we drift. But maybe, just maybe—one day, it all finds its way back. And today, a little part of me did too 🕊️
