As a Human Resource Specialist/ Administrator, you will be responsible for all the HR writings, communication via various medium. Additionally, manage and keep a track of all the office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels, local and online.
• Communication via emails to candidates and clients.
• Preparing advertisements for job openings for the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Documentation regarding joining/ relieving of employees.
• General Office management.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
• Expert in MS Office package.
• Great email communication.
• Well versed with Job boards and Social media. (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, Facebook)
• Knowledge on the company/ organizational structure, policy, and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Great knowledge about Team building activities.
