At Gallery One , the quest is never ending ! It could be any art form. It will not escape the eye of our Founder & Curator , who spotted this stunning ceramic at the home studio of his artist friend , the late Shyamkanu Borthakur , tucked away in a non descript corner . It soon found a place in our permanent collection , and it adorns our gallery to date .

Pulakesh Mandal is a true storyteller . His paintings are highly narrative and are filled with characters and the protagonist. Sometimes the "sutradhar" takes you through the story ....making you believe you were there somewhere.
We love this muted color pallette .
