Just 5 kms shy of reaching 100 kms in a month! Started approximately after 2.5 months of my C section!
Heard people say that C Section limits you physically for 6 -8 months approximately. But had my goals in my mind.
Started slow and getting there steadily! A walk with weight lifting, yoga and strengthening of core is my focus for the next 3 months.
Eating clean home cooked food is the key too!
Taking one day at a time!!
PS. This is not achievable without a solid support system! My mum is the key to let me do this! All hearts for you mom! 💕
