Soapbox Studios is simply an empty hall with white walls, discarded white furniture, white ceiling fans and white lights, lined with discarded pots and plants that once belonged to the someone we knew. What now looks like an underground gallery was once a training institute for some Korean Company. Viren & Faraz, along with two other friends, decided to turn their new found den into an experience
for those willing to communicate their musings with photography. What makes it stand out is the simplicity of its interiors and the kind of work that this space has been hosting, without delving into much publicity, over the past few months. The venue is open to photographers and artists who are looking for a place to shoot and mull over the serene space and music.
