We at You Can Dance and Y&E Consultancy & Services are excited to have conducted our signature Look Good, Feel Good training for the wonderful HODs and associates of Conrad Bengaluru.

Pulkit Sharma focused on essential topics including:
-Poise, posture, walking, sitting and body language
-Hand gestures, eye contact and non-verbal communication
-Guest interaction, team dynamics, confidence building, stress management and overall wellness

Yatan Ahluwalia & Joseph Edward curated new signature looks, established the grooming standards, manuals and did grooming training for the brand with modern luxury in mind.

The entire experience was truly inspirational!

Our Co Founder & Creative Director, Pulkit Sharma conducted a comprehensive Faculty Development Programme at the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMT) under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, for faculty from various IIHM, International Institute of Hotel Management branches across the country.

The programme focused on essential topics including poise, posture, walking, sitting, hand gestures, eye contact, non-verbal communication, guest interaction, team dynamics, confidence building, stress management and overall wellness, highlighting the significance of Body Language in the hospitality industry.

Additionally, Yatan Ahluwalia of Y&E Consultancy & Services emphasised on grooming, personal hygiene, skin care, hair care, makeup, and styling for the hospitality industry.

This initiative aims to equip the next generation of hospitality leaders with vital soft skills. A special thanks to Ramesh Takulia, Dr. Priyadarshan Lakhawat, Raja Sadhukhan and Dr. Sagnik Chowdhury for their efforts in driving and facilitating these valuable sessions.

Our Co Founder & Creative Director, Pulkit Sharma conducted the Body Language, Poise and Posture training for The Chambers, India's most exclusive business club by Taj Hotels at the legendary The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai.

Additionally, Yatan Ahluwalia of Y&E Consultancy & Services personally curated the signature looks, grooming guidelines, and conducted extensive grooming training. Both, under our iconic Look Good, Feel Good training which is the perfect combination of grooming & body language and has set the new benchmark for comprehensive, all inclusive training for the hospitality, aviation, banking, retail and other service sectors.

A special mention goes to Prabhat Verma for spearheading this initiative. Thanks to Ritesh Sharma and Nikhil Majumdar for assembling a selection of their wonderful associates.

We conducted our signature Look Good, Feel Good training sessions for the wonderful associates and heads of departments at the recently launched Taj Ganga Kutir, Raichak - a stunning riverside resort by the Ganges by Taj Hotels and Ambuja Neotia Hospitality in West Bengal.

The sessions provided a fantastic opportunity to mentor the next generation on enhancing their appearance, confidence, and overall presentation.

Our creative director, Pulkit Sharma conducted these sessions with an emphasis on improving the Body Language, Poise & posture of the participants. They also received personalised grooming and wardrobe advice from Yatan Ahluwalia of Y&E Consultancy & Services.

A special acknowledgment to the foresight of Mohan Chandran, SVP Operations who understands the importance and need of both grooming & body language for hospitality, and the dynamic Cluster General Manager, Indranil Ray along with Sowmya Sengupta & Pratiksha Shaw who contributed significantly to the success of this training.

We recently conducted our renowned Look Good, Feel Good training sessions for the upcoming sales and commercial leaders of the SEDP and CEDP class of Taj Hotels in Mumbai.

The session was a fantastic opportunity to mentor the next generation on enhancing their appearance, confidence, and overall presentation. Participants benefited from personalized grooming and wardrobe advice provided by Yatan Ahluwalia from Y&E Consultancy & Services, along with insightful body language coaching delivered by Pulkit Sharma from You Can Dance

You Can Dance and Y&E Consultancy & Services conducted the signature IHCL Look Good, Feel Good training sessions for three stunning Taj Hotels in Udaipur, including Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, India, Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur and Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur.

The Look Good sessions focused on creating distinct looks tailored to each property's unique character and positioning. We covered various aspects such as hair styling, skincare, makeup techniques, personal hygiene, corporate grooming, and the importance of power dressing for both the ladies and gentlemen.

In the Feel Good segment, specifically Dance Wellness - Body Language, we emphasized poise, posture, walking, sitting, hand gestures, eye contact, non-verbal cues, guest interaction, team dynamics, confidence building, and overall wellness, highlighting the significance of body language in the hospitality industry.

A special thanks to Ashok Rathore for leading this initiative, with invaluable contributions from the three dynamic general managers Parvinder Bual, Devvrath Singh and Amit Singh as well as their dedicated L&D teams, headed by Garima Patet with Varun Kalra and Saloni Bahl Lodha & Rachna Pokhriyal for ensuring the program's successful implementation.
