I used colourful beautiful sides of newspapers to wrap these gifts so that I could avoid thick, shiny, plastic coated wrap papers. The handwritten note and dry rose leaves showed the amount of thought and effort put to make the gifts feel personal.

Learning on the go! I learn more whenever I teach, be it Painting, English or any other subject. Most importantly, teaching keeps reminding me humility, humbleness and empathy. Patience, the most. It transforms the student as well the teacher- but caution- only if both are true to each other.. 😊

I was imagining exactly this reaction when I was paining these handkerchiefs.
Painting is always an escape for me, but at the same time it is an excitement imagining how the receiver of this art will feel about it. I feel so proud to look at the loving moments, those kisses, and joy opening my little craft.
Sometimes my heart and my body asks me to give up. Yet, somehow I keep doing it. Sometimes I feel what I am doing is not worth it. But again, when people appreciate it, and somebody says I do so much in my paintings and my work has details and shows the hard work—these things make my day.

I kept remembering and missing my son’s papa while I created these beautiful handkerchiefs for dads to be gifted to them from their sons and daughters. My son used make a card on most Father’s Day with so much love and excitement and I would always be helping him to get those cards as intended and both of us would plan how to give this card to him surprisingly. The days of full fun and love!!❤️
