NATURE OF THE ASSOCIATION
This Association shall be in the nature of society engaged in social ,literary ,cultural and religious activities , particularly for the benefit of Bengali speaking linguistic cross-section of the populace and generally for the moral, intellectual , social and economic upliftment of the public at large or any cross-section of same. It will be free from any or all politic
al activities. The Association shall be a charitable institution. The Bengalee Association membership has grown day by day and extent of celebrations in various directions. Today, we not only celebrate one of the better Sharodiya Utsabs in Gorakhpur, but also engage in multiple events to uplifts the culture and tradition of Bengalis. Pohila Boishak, Saroswati Puja, Kali Puja, Lokkhi Puja and satonarayan puja etc….We touch upon social causes of supporting the underprivileged through NGOs and lend our helping hand to make the city greener through this association.
