Sometimes, we must climb up to remote locations or, in this case, descend deep into the bowels of the Earth in order to discover amazing spots of natural beauty.

These cavities were formed in the interior of carbonate rocks, between 11 and 5.3 million years ago, dating them back to the Late Miocene Period.

For the big finish, your cave tour ends with a concert on Lake Martel. Performed entirely on a boat, the concert features classical music played by a quartet. The concert at Lake Martel has been performed in the caves since 1935.

The tree stands surrounded by others
But alone,
So different by branch
By leaf,
Catching my glance as I pass
All I can think is
If my soul was a tree that would be me...
It did not rely on the others to grow
It was planted different,
And thats okay to be.
Its still as good as the other trees,
And just as beautiful to see.
And every time I see that tree,
I smile and think of me.
And remind myself that I like that tree
Because it reminds me that
Its okay to be me...

It's been a long time I posted a pic in the page.. this pic from my gallery caught my eyes...

This was amidst the Himalayan national park...
As dark clouds thunder on a grey day..
I heard the loud cries of a bird,
It pierced across the rhythmic drumming of the clouds,
he was quiet for a moment, then I heard him again...

Through the trees I saw him standing,
Royal, electrifying metallic blue.

A peacock!.. stunning, strutting,
Fanning his train of feathers, Eye spots of majesty, stroked with rich hues!!!

There!!!... as drops of rain touch the earth, he was still high on the wings of romance,
His feet in motion, His feathers spread for his mate, Quivering, glimmering a love dance!!!!

There's a chill on this evening,
nights right for greaving.,
Darkness surrounds him as he wanders alone..

He walked past the dim lights,
the pathways and street lights
They remind him, of nights long ago..

When his love was strong,
His whiskey throat was barley marred,
Seeking misfortune in the lies that he told..

Then a brokin heart bought him to his knees,
In the hour of his greatest need,
Lost and forsaken by the love, he could not hold..
On the border line of Love again...
