For best presentation:
• Send clear, high-resolution photographs of artworks.
• Photograph artworks in proper lighting.
• Ensure only the artwork is visible in the image.
• Provide accurate artwork details and gallery price.
• Include a brief artist profile (50–100 words).
• Submit entries before the deadline.
• Avoid blurred or low-quality images.

• Short artist profile/bio (optional but recommended)

• The organizer reserves the right to reject any entry deemed unsuitable for the exhibition.
• In case of sale, 33% of the artwork value will be charged as Gallery Commission.
• Artists retain full copyright ownership of their artworks.
• By submitting artwork, artists grant permission to RCIFA Gallery to use artwork images for exhibition promotion and publicity purposes.
