Do not buy BlueStar AC and stay away from Vijay Sales!

Blue Star Limited Vijay Sales

This harassment tale began on:
18th April - when I purchased a Bluestar split AC from Vijay sales and from. The next day, the air conditioner began to show an intermediate P4 error on the screen and would not turn on!

29 April - I raised my first complaint which was resolved in 3 days without touching any part of the AC and the technician asked me to use the AC for 2-3 days and test again

6th May - I raised a new complaint because the issue was still there!

As of today, May 26, I'm tired of going after BlueStar and Vijay sales to fix my problem and either replace, repair, or reimburse my money so that I may receive the 37,000 rupees that I spent for BlueStar AC through Vijay sales back.

7th May - Technician came by to report that a PCB in the outdoor unit was malfunctioning and that it would be replaced.

As of today, May 26 - I'm tired of chasing BlueStar and Vijay sales to fix my issue, and either repair, replace or refund my amount of 37000.

Today, they gave me a new date of 1st June when the part will arrive.

Numerous calls to the customer care centers, service manager and Vijay sales in last 20 days and my AC problem is still there!

I haven't used my air conditioner in great condition since I bought it and have spent hours on phone and emails requesting to fix this issue.

Please share this to help folks avoid buying BlueStar and from Vijay Sales store and experiencing the same mistreatment!

I'm a Delhiite and my vote will go to the party who will provide me my four basic necessities.
- clear water, clean air and food to survive
- safty to live
- hospital for health
- Education and opporchunities to grow

Enough time given to congress after independance and Modi isn't doing very well, I don't see major improvements in last 5 years.

Air is geeting more polluted, water quality has degraded, food is expensive, no safty on roads, not even at homes, my builder looted me away with no possession, should I even be living in delhi?

But where I go? Lack of opporchunities, jobs are limited to few cities.

I request , leaders of prime parties active in NCR, to come forword with a roadmap and deadlines what things will you be doing and how do you plan to do in next 5 years.

I dont need Mandir or Masjid, just a roof to sleep, I'll trust over air-strike if you provide me safety on roads, with .

are not good enough, it just a pack of schemes, like a salesman trying to buy our votes with our own tax paid money.

NCR votes and seats will go to the party who will be more transparent in their goals and plans on these four factors. I request all the parties to put a view and publish a definite plan on these four basic things.
