FREEZE - A freeze is a breakdance technique that involves halting all body motion, often in an interesting or balance-intensive position. It is implied that the position is hit and held from motion as if freezing in motion, or into ice. Freezes often incorporate various twists and distortions of the body into stylish and often difficult positions.
There are many different variations of freezes :- Planche, Baby Freeze, Airbaby, Chair, Airchair, Elbow Airchair, Double Airchair/Recliner, Handglide Freeze, Hollowback, Invert, Pike, Turtle Freeze.

POWER MOVES - Power moves was a term adopted in the early 1980s by Powerful Pexster New York City Breakers as powerful moves described is overall style of moves he combined together and the way he combined his moves from beginning to end with power control and speed. Power moves are a sets of combinations put together from top rock to transition to bottom rock/footwork and the essence transitions combinations of control speed and power and put difficult sets together with a freeze. The most widely recognized power moves are the swipe, Head mills, Float. head spin and Flare.

DOWNROCK - Downrock is an element of breakdance that includes all footwork performed on the floor. Downrock is normally performed with the hands and feet on the floor, as opposed to toprock. In downrock, the breakdancer displays his or her proficiency with foot speed and control by performing footwork combinations. The foundational move of downrock is the 6-step, and combinations often transition from it into more athletic moves known as power moves.
