Can we meditate while sleeping?
Is it possible for humans to practice Mindfulness when we are either in dream state or deep sleep ?

Why not ?

Why is Meditation possible only when we are in wakeful state ? Why do we need Mindfulness in Wakeful state only?

Is there any particular property of Consciousness that is available to us during wakefulness that can help us practice Meditation which is not present during sleep state?
What is that property? How does that property change the concept and definition of reality ?

I certainly believe these questions need an in-depth analysis before we even jump to find solutions through Meditation and Mindfulness.

The Acting workshop can lead to ( eligibility criteria applies) further Training and Participation in India's BIGGEST THEATRE SHOWS ( 4 Shows Of Two Big Musical Productions the total budget for the same being 15-20 Lacs including BIll Board Marketing and Heavy News Paper Advertorials ) in terms of audience size ( 7000 audience members) at Siri Fort Auditorium Audi 1, audience capacity approximately 1700 ) in October/November 2015.

(1) How To Create Emotional Vacuum ( 2 hours )
(2) How To "Discover" and "Create" " Emotional Plank" using Affective Memory Method and Sense Perception Techniques.( 3 hours )
(3) How To Hold and Deliver the emotional vulnerability in continuum, without breaking the thought process generated so far. ( 2 Hours)
(4) 3 Hours shall be dedicated to On-Stage Performance of the scripts by the students. The scripts are especially prepared to execute and live the techniques.
(5) The whole workshop is very high on emotions especially Laughter so please ensure you have had light break fast.

ATTENTION ACTORS ALL OVER THE WORLD - Meryl Streep's TRANSFORMATION as Margaret Thatcher in Iron Lady came from the CORE STANISLAVSKY METHOD ....also known as the AFFECTIVE MEMORY METHOD......she undertook mental exercises for 3 months to BECOME margaret....which means she built a mindset of margaret within herself so that even if she came across a situation that was not part of the script, her respnse would be that of Margaret and not Meryl(Inside-Outside teachnique). She also underwent physical transformation i terms of voice, accent, speech, physicality(Outside-Inside technique). As I have said a million times, any actor has to first begin with the Inside-Outside and then follow it up with the outside-inside to BECOME the character. Meryl Streep in Iron lady just did.....one more time, umpteenth time...and she WILL WIN OSCAR for this performance :-))
