Most riders don’t realise how much speed and confidence they lose just by gripping the bars too hard.
The motorcycle is constantly trying to communicate with you.
But when you death-grip the handlebars:
every movement feels violent
the bike feels nervous
and your body becomes stiff
That’s why beginners get tired so quickly.
Your core and legs should support your body.
Your hands should guide the motorcycle — not strangle it.
Relaxed riders are usually faster riders. 🏁
