We are delighted to read about the revival and interest in the cuisine of Rampur in today’s Times of India .
Conservation of Royal culinary heritage has been one of the focus areas of our Think Tank, The South Asian Association for Gastronomy right from the inception of our platform - the Food For Thought Fest.

The Nawab of Rampur spoke about his cuisine in an international forum for the first time in FFTFest 2015 at India Habitat Centre . Recognising the efforts of SAAG and the traction that this topic gets in the media , he has been invited back to speak on this topic in 2019 and in 2024 .

While we take a bow for bringing Rampuri Cuisine in focus , we thank Nawab Kazim Ali Khan for introducing us to a home chef Asma Said Khan from London , who made her debut on stage with a cookery demo at FFTFEST2015 and we are equally proud to have played a significant role in the start of her journey .
