Failing Up with Pranshu Shrimali | June 13-14

Most of us live a few seconds ahead of the moment we’re in. Pranshu Shrimali’s Failing Up is two days in a room with strangers, saying yes before your brain catches up. The games are theatrical. The discoveries are personal. What stays with you lives beyond.

Zeroing IN returns. An evening built around paying attention - to movement, to pauses, to what sits in between.

Curated by Aditi Mangaldas as part of her Living Legacy Project, Zeroing IN invites audiences to slow down and pay close attention - to watch dance not from afar, but up close, where every detail comes alive. The third edition features:

Conversations with Shiva, choreographed by Aditi Mangaldas and performed by Gaurav Bhatti. A solo reflecting a devotee’s dialogue with Shiva, moving between stillness, surrender, and seeking.

Ashtapadi, choreographed by Rama Vaidyanathan and performed by Pritam Das. It dwells in the moment just before union, where intimacy and devotion meet in quiet anticipation. This is followd by Tribhangini, choreographed and performed by Tribhangini, where he invokes feminine power and grace, drawing on the energy and presence of the divine.

Gaurav and Pritam will also perform a duet titled In-Between - bringing together Kathak and Bharatanatyam to explore balance, contrast, and connection.

Want to try performing, without committing to a full production? Take a stab at Pocket Plays!

This is a year-long reading series for people who want to get on stage and make theatre in a low-stakes and supportive environment. Each edition brings together a small group for three rehearsals and one public reading night. You get short plays, a facilitator who cares about both process and polish, and a room full of people figuring things out together. The process is led by Saurabh Padhi (Merry Go Round Entertainers) and Nupur Khosla (Theatricalls).

Remember when games didn’t have a point? No productivity. No strategy. No outcome you could put on a CV.

Just throwing a ball badly, laughing too loudly, making ridiculous choices, and discovering that adults are actually very good at being silly once someone gives them permission. For two hours next Saturday, that’s exactly what we, led by , are doing.

Come play. Link in bio!

Morning: cables, ladders, possibility.
Evening: voices, friction, questions.

We love this shift - when things move from potential to presence. Yesterday was just that with Imaginative Intelligences with G5A.
