Celebratory Post ✨🎊
It started with, "Who's going to listen to this?" 500 streams and downloads on later- 5 years to my baby 😌
-Flashback -
After releasing my book in 2021, I was finding new ways to express myself. And that's how I've always been- learn, invent and reinvent. I truly believe that's how one should be. We should never stop ourselves.
That curiosity to learn and share whatever I had learned so far gave birth to LET'S TALK AA 🎙️
My main focus was education- mass communication, journalism, films and media...you name it. I love academics, and I love the structure of it. It makes me disciplined and allows me to think beyond normal. Studying mass communication and journalism followed by then Film and screen Media, has been one of the best decisions of my life.
That was something I wanted to talk about. But as I always say, I love to reinvent- or simply pivot- when required. So, I introduced various sections in my podcast:
talking about books and mass communication with my Dean and colleagues and randomly texting fellow authors and getting the best ones on board, Dil ki baat ( whatever my heart says), introducing my book on Spotify, talking to my cast and crew of MIRA TALKS, and experimenting further by introducing artists from my series WHISPERS OF LIFE.
Life has been a roller coaster, and with whatever courage I have, I keep reintroducing myself through my creativity.
-Cut to the Present -
When I received the notification of 500 streams, honestly I had tears in my eyes- because Let's Talk AA is purely made out of love and YOU ALL did this.
To those who participated, to those who never questioned my vision and trusted me- I can't thank you enough. And if I may say something straight from my heart, I want to thank that Avleen who trusted her inner voice and went ahead.
I always say, if you do something from your heart, you will meet people who vibrate on the same frequency- and THINGS WILL HAPPEN. Maybe slowly, but they surely will.
