Found it on WhatsApp yesterday as some friend had put it as his status there. Allah knows best whether it is true, but it is really a great initiative and I salute Cluster University of Kashmir for it. It must be followed by University of Kashmir too and all its affiliated colleges. As students enter with passion, 'PAPA KEHTE HAIN BADA NAAM KAREGA,' and do something else; it's unfortunate.
