As we celebrate the finest voices in contemporary literature, we are delighted to unveil the REC-VoW Book Awards 2026 Shortlist during P.N. Panicker Reading Month (19 June – 18 July).

Known as the father of Kerala’s Library Movement, P.N. Panicker dedicated his life to fostering a culture of reading and lifelong learning. His vision transformed Kerala into a beacon of literacy and continues to inspire readers across generations.

In that same spirit, the Valley of Words Book Awards celebrate books that inform, inspire, and spark meaningful conversations across languages, genres, and generations.
