I was on the terrace yesterday and saw the conspicuous stars owing to a cloudless evening. So I went back and brought my gear just to capture the night sky without knowing that I was going to capture the Milky-Way (it was barely visible with naked eyes due to eye-blinding flood lights on our campus). Moreover, I never expected it to be captured because of all that light pollution here. Nevertheless, I just did what had to be done and was left awestruck once I saw the majestic galaxy we live in, captured on my camera.
P.S. - I had to crank up the ISO and limit the shutter speed for avoiding trails due to earth's rotation. Hence, the noise.
