সারদা-কাণ্ড: সিবিআইয়ের নজর আলিমুদ্দিন স্ট্রিটে!

কলকাতা: সারদা চিটফান্ড-কাণ্ডের তদন্তে এবার নয়া মোড়৷ তদন্তের গতির মোড় ঘুরিয়ে দিল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট নিযুক্ত তদন্তকারী সংস্থা সিবিআই৷ আর সিবিআইকে সেই মোড়ের পথ দেখালেন তারা টিভি চ্যানেলের প্রাক্তন কর্ণধার স্টারখ্যাত সাংবাদিক রথিকান্ত সেনগুপ্ত৷
সারদা-কাণ্ডের তদন্তে তপসিয়া থেকে আলিমুদ্দিন স্ট্রিটের দিকে নজর ঘোরাল সিবিআই৷ সুদীপ্ত সেনের শত কোটি টাকার আর্থিক কেলেঙ্কারির সঙ্গে এবার জড়িয়ে পড়তে চলেছে রাজ্য সিপিএমের কমপক্ষে তিনজন প্রভাবশালী নেতা৷ মঙ্গলবার সিবিআইয়ের ম্যারাথন জেরায় এই চাঞ্চল্যকর তথ্য ফাঁস করলেন তারার ‘তারা’ রথিকান্ত৷ সিবিআইয়ের গোয়েন্দা জেরায় মুখে আনলেন তিন সিপিএম নেতার নাম৷ যারা তৃণমূলের সাংসদ-সাংবাদিক কুণাল ঘোষের সঙ্গে সুদীপ্ত সেনের কাছে চ্যানেল বিক্রি করার জন্য রীতিমত চাপ সৃষ্টি করেছিলেন৷ এতে কুণাল এক কোটি টাকা হাতিয়ে নিলেন বাকি তিন সিপিএম কিন্তু খালি হাতে ফেরেন বলেই গোয়েন্দাদের কাছে তথ্য ফাঁস করেছেন রতিকান্ত৷
সিবিআইয়ের একটি সুত্রে জানা গিয়েছে, তারার দু’টি চ্যানেলের বিক্রির করা কোনও ইচ্ছেই ছিল না রথিকান্তের৷ তিনি স্পষ্ট ভাষায় একথাটাই বলেছেন গোয়েন্দাদের কাছে৷ তাঁর দাবি এবং অভিযোগ, সারদা গোষ্ঠীর কাছে তারার দু’টি চ্যানেল বিক্রি করার জন্য তাঁর ওপর চাপ সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছিল৷ আর তাঁকে এই চাপ সৃষ্টি করেছিল কুণাল ছাড়াও বেশ কয়েকজন সিপিএম নেতা৷
কারা এই সিপিএম নেতা? সিপিআই সুত্রে খবর, রতিকান্তে মুখে আনা তিন সিপিএম নেতার একজন দলের রাজ্য সম্পাদকমণ্ডলীর সদস্য রয়েছেন৷ সুদীপ্ত সেন তৃণমূলের প্রাক্তন সংসদ সদস্য কুণাল ঘোষের মধ্যস্থতায় ওই তিন সিপিএম নেতা রতিকান্তকে তারা’র দু’টি চ্যানেল বিক্রি করতে চাপ সৃষ্টি করে বলে সিবিআই জানতে পেরেছে৷ টাক মাথার এক সিপিএম নেতা মাধ্যমেই কুণাল রতিকান্তের কাছে পৌঁছয়৷ রতিকান্ত সিবিআইয়ের কাছে জানিয়েছেন, এর জন্য সুদীপ্ত সেনের কাছ থেকে কুণাল এক কোটি টাকা হাতিয়ে নেয়৷ রতিকান্ত-সুদীপ্ত তারা চ্যানেল বিক্রির ‘ড্রিল’ পাকা করতে সিপিএমের আরও দুই রাজ্য কমিটির সদস্য বড়সড় ভুমিকা নিয়েছিল বলে জানা যাচ্ছে৷ রতিকান্তের দেওয়া বয়ান অনুযায়ী, সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের দুই সিপিএম নেতা, টাকমাথার এক সিপিএম রাজ্য সম্পাদকমণ্ডলীর এক সদস্যেরস সঙ্গে তিনবার মিটিং করে সুদীপ্ত৷ সেই তিনটে মিটিং হয় সল্টলেকের মিডল্যান্ড পার্কে৷
সিবিআইয়ের জেরার মুখে রথিকান্ত অন্য দুই সিপিএম নেতার নামও ফাঁস করে দিয়েছেন৷ মঙ্গলবার রথিকান্তের দেওয়া বয়ান খতিয়ে দেখছে সিবিআই৷ গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা সূত্রে খবর, রথিকান্তের মুখে আনা সিপিএম নেতার নামগুলিকে খতিয়ে দেখছে তারা৷ রথিকান্তের দেওয়া বয়ানে আংশিক সত্যতা থাকলে, সিপিএমের রাজ্য কমিটির সদস্যদের সিজিও কমপ্লেক্সে তলব করতে চায় সিবিআই৷ সিবিআই আরও জানতে পেরেছে, সুদীপ্ত সেনের তারা’র দু’টি চ্যানেল কেনাবেচায় বড়সড় ড্রিল হয়েছিল৷ আরই ড্রিলে লেনদেন হয়েছে বহু কোটি টাকা৷ তার একটা অংশও পেয়েছিল মধ্যস্থতাকারীরা৷ তাই, গোয়েন্দারা কোনওভাবেই রতিকান্তের বয়ান থেকে মুখ ঘুরিয়ে নিচ্ছে না৷ বরং তারা এবার তপসিয়া থেকে ঘুরিয়ে নজর দিচ্ছে আলিমুদ্দিন স্ট্রিটের দিকে৷ যা রীতিমত বিব্রত করতে চলেছে বিমান-বুদ্ধ-সূর্যকান্তদের

Today was a milestone occasion for West Bengal. This morning, we had a business summit of more than 200 officials and industrialists, all of whom have showed much passion and determination to make West Bengal achieve greater heights. A promising 13 business dealings have commenced between Singapore and West Bengal .


I am confident that in the near future we will have a stronger and more dynamic business relationship with Singapore. This is part of our bigger dream to have local roots with global pursuits, and make our 'Biswa Bangla' brand resonate beyond our borders.

This evening, I have also met with the Bengali Association of Singapore. They are a lively representation of our beautiful culture. They too have responded positively to support their roots.

Tomorrow I will meet Singapore's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr K Shanmugam who had invited me to this country.

Heartiest greetings from Singapore to all my brothers and sisters. Yesterday, I started my trip to Singapore by paying tribute at the Netaji memorial. For me, this was a pilgrimage and blessed beginning to our mission in Singapore. This was where Netaji formed the Indian National Army and initiated his powerful "Dilli Chalo" movement.

I laid down a wreath in his memory at the memorial and wanted to share this honoured moment with all of you.

Today I met Respected Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Loong. We had a very fruitful discussion with Mr Lee about investment opportunities in West Bengal.

I am happy to share with you that we will set up a Chair at the University of Calcutta in honour of Emeritus Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew, who is the founding father of Singapore.We also informed him that we will set up a Singapore-India Focus Business Centre in Kolkata. It will be operational in 18 months and I invited him to inaugurate the Centre. Respected Prime Minister responded positively to consider it.

Tomorrow is a big day. A business meet of more than 200 delegates will take place here.

You will be happy to know that our ‘Kanyashree’ scheme launched last year, has become a model scheme with international recognition.

Today we are celebrating ‘Kanyashree Dibas’ all over the State, with the state-level programme at Netaji Indoor Stadium. Now onwards, 14th August every year will be celebrated as ‘Kanyashree Dibas’.

For the first time, a programme of this scale, for empowerment of girl children is being celebrated in the country.

We are indeed proud of our girl child. They are our future.

68th Independence Day was celebrated today with honour and dignity all over the state.

Ceremonial march past and colourful presentations at the state-level programme at Red Road by members of police, army and uniformed forces, school children, eminent sports persons and cultural and film personalities, Tableau by Government departments made the programme very enjoyable.

For the first time,on this occasion, Chief Minister's Medal and Citations were awarded to selected government departments, districts and police officers for their outstanding and commendable service to the public.

Incidentally, Shah Rukh is present today with us in Kolkata Police - Star Jalsha 'Jai He' programme at Netaji Indoor Stadium.

We celebrated 'Raksha Bandhan' on the occasion.

The song 'hrid majhare rakhibo...' sung by a Kolkata Police friend created a befitting background for the occasion
